The authors hold copyright to their articles published in Slovenské divadlo journal – non-exclusive license (e.g., copyright and other proprietary rights, the right to use the essence of the article in future own works/research; the right to reproduce the article for private use on a non-commercial basis and when further publishing/using the work, the author(s) shall indicate the first issue of the article/work in Slovenské divadlo; the right to own archiving of an article).

By submitting their articles to the editorial office of Slovenské divadlo (e-mail: michaela.mojzisova@savba.sk) for publishing the authors agree to license their works under CC BY-NC 4.0. The authors grant to editors and publisher a license to publish their articles in Slovenské divadlo and to identify the journal as the original medium of publication (DOI).
The editorial office and the publisher may store articles in the publicly available electronic archive of the journal and in all the repositories in which the articles published in the journal are archived without an explicit consent of authors and provided that the requirements under CC BY-NC 4.0 license are met.
